Cancellation Policy

I allow a lot of grace concerning no shows or cancelations. I ask only that you tell me as soon as possible that you cannot make your appointment. If a client continually doesn't show up or cancels within a short amount of time, then I ask that you pay for your spot. We usually work this out between us without any hassle, but if someone cancels frequently, then I would ask for payment up front the next time.
